76th INTERNATIONAL venice FILM FESTIVAL

We have played 10 fantastic concerts at the Pisani Moretta Palace in Venice - together with Aria Trio - Simona Rais, Gesu Zefi, Yuliya Vyshnyvetska, trumpet player Stefano Serafini and pianist Aredion Lici, the quartet performed during Biennale Cinema 2019 76. Mostra Internazionale d'Arte Cinematografica.

The Altra Volta String Quartet was the only Polish ensemble to accompany the Venetian audience at the 76th Venice International Film Festival.

At the invitation of Martino Crespi Events and the main sponsor of the 76th International Film Festival in Venice - Mastercard - the quartet together with other musicians gave concerts at the Pisani Moretta Palace performing world hits of film music. Among the many distinguished guests - actors, directors, directors of global banks - there were board members of such companies as Mastercard or Bulgari. We also had the honor to meet our wonderful Polish actresses there: Agnieszka Dygant, Małgorzata Kożuchowska, Daria Widawska and Joanna Koroniewska.
